Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your seller dashboard. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

None from us. Your flat monthly membership covers everything: listing products, storefront hosting, and marketplace access. The only external cost is standard payment processing (Stripe's 2.9% + 30 cents), which goes directly to the payment processor -- not to The Makers.

Your existing listings stay live -- we never take down products you've already published. You simply won't be able to create new listings until you upgrade to a higher tier or remove some of your current ones to get back under the limit.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. If you cancel, your shop remains active through the end of your current billing period. After that, your listings are paused (not deleted) so you can reactivate anytime.
